Retreat Reservations
To reserve the retreat there is a $500.00 deposit. 120 days prior to retreat you are able to cancel or move retreat without loss of deposit. After 120 days the deposit is non-refundable. You must give an estimated number attending that you are reserving for at the time of booking. Once that number is given you are responsible for the minimum number agreed upon regardless of actual attendance. Any amount over the agreed upon attendance number will be charged at the above pricing. Any number below the agreed upon number will be charged the original agreed upon attendance number.
As far as meals are concerned, if you use our caterer, you can give us final count 2 weeks prior to retreat. That number will be final and you will be billed for that number. Any number over, will be billed accordingly, but if there is a great change in the number over what was stated, we will need that count immediately as the caterer orders her food based on the number of people coming. Any meal number below final number will still be charged the agreed upon final meal number.
Once you have reserved your retreat, you will be the only group at The Cat Spring Retreat. You will have full access to all facilities, basketball, volleyball, swimming, canoeing and any other activities available. You will also have availability to large meeting room, projector, sound board, etc. However you must provide someone to run the sound equipment, as The Cat Spring Retreat does not provide anyone to run projector, sound etc.
